i found the staff very personable and ready to help (which i always appreciate). my room was nice and neat, a great base for exploring. the bakery across the street had amazing baguettes, i especially enjoyed the baguette tradi. i will consider this place on my next visit!
i found that controlling the heating in the room was not possible.

the hotel is near a metro station, a very convenient aspect for seeing the city. i could easily walk to various attractions. the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and cafes.

The breakfast was underwhelming. the coffee tasted artificial. A proper coffee machine should be available. also, the room i had was quite small. Moving around with luggage was difficult. the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space.

the heating in my room was not controllable, a real problem. an annoying fan from the bathroom kept me awake all night. i really did not like that.

The staff is helpful! The location is great. I found it very easy to access metro stations and restaurants nearby. The room had a nice cool shower in the roomy bathroom too.
The unsecured wifi network was bad. My phone could not even connect from my room. The breakfast selection had few items. There was no ham and only one cheese choice.
